After voting today I gave another listen to the amazing
compilation album from this innovative jazz musician and political activist.
The Art of Rahsaan Roland Kirk: The Atlantic Years was released in 1973 and
covered material from 1966 to 1971. I got this album at Third Street Jazz in
Philly. Becky and I listened to this a lot in the 70’s.
